"If you are looking for a cleaning service do not use Coverall! After they came and walked the facility gave us a quote and scope of work the actual cleaners would complain when we ask them to do what they were getting paid to do. When I contacted Coverall they said they would work on getting someone else after several days of no return call I was told they were not going to replace the crew. I sent pictures of the poor service and they still took the side of the person that was not cleaning. Terrible company and terrible customer service. The most unprofessional business i have ever had to deal with."
"I am stunned by the lack of professionalism with this company. We regret giving them a chance to clean our medical clinic. We immediately had issues with the quality of our service. The cleaning crew did a horrible job and did not clean or vacuum our floors as promised. In the first few weeks the cleaners did not show up on their contracted days. We contracted for cleaning 2x per week. We went 11 days w/o them cleaning our floors or bathrooms. I contacted their Operations manager who was apologetic, but nothing changed. We decided to give our 30 days notice, but the Operations manager asked that we just cancel the service immediately. Although I have e-mails stating we would not be charged for lack of or no service, they still sent us a bill for 2 months of service. And the cleaning crew has yet to return our keys although I have asked about them several times. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!"
"Continues to try to bill me for service after our cancellation. We followed the terms of our contract. We gave appropriate written notice as per our contract. They sent a letter accepting our cancellation. Yet they continue to ask for money for services after the official date of cancellation. Even after we provied them a copy of the letter THEY sent us. I feel bad for the franchisee. They are good people being hurt by a terribly run corporate office."
"UPDATE: After complaining and writing a bed review on Facebook someone finally called us back. Took several weeks to get someone new out here. They have yet to do what we went over during our walk throughs. The cleaner even told us how Coverall has not paid them for their cleaning fees (something a customer ahould not be told, but good to know). And has withheld their service fee. So I guess they are terrible all the way around. Our company regrets ever choosing to use this company. They are terrible. The cleaning products and cleaning supplies are not what they promise. When we had to get a new cleaning person when our 1st one left, the replacement was worse. The mop barely cleans, don't think he even cleans everything we have told him he was supposed to. Now our rep, nor the Local office will not return our calls."
"I am a practice manager for a physician’s office. We were never impressed by the level of service we received but were locked into another year of bad service because in the fine print on the contract it states if you do not cancel within 30days of your contract end date the contract would automatically renew. I've never heard of such thing. After receiving another year of horrible service, I made sure to put in my notice to cancel the service within the 30days. The day after my last service date, I walked into an unclean building. When I sent an email to the customer service person that I had been in contact with she forwarded an email from the cleaning person that stated he had car troubles and was unable to clean the build. I was never notified of this and had to walk into an unclean office to find out. You would think with a company this size they would have something in place to where if one person is unable to clean they have a backup person. I never got an apologize and they did not offer to send anyone out to take care of it. In fact, I was still charged for the entire month. To make matter worse after being assured my contract was terminated I continue to receive bills staying that my account is pass due. Do your self a favor and find other company because this on is the worse."
