"I have only one complaint. They don’t provide 24 hrs notice and cannot provide an exact date when scheduling. However, the team that completed my gutter cleaning were fantastic! They went the extra mile to make sure my gutters were clear and then came back with their ladder per my request to check on a gutter that appeared to be pulled away from roof. Great job!"

"NedStevens bought business from Atlanta best. Since than their service is less than desirable. Many times when spoken to their CS female rep (it seems I get the same individual every time so not sure if they have only one) she’s is rude and very unhelpful and argumentative. I’ve requested my gutters to be cleaned on specific months, not only that they haven’t followed the schedule but have not provided 24h notice when they are coming out. My most recent experience, I got notification when crew was standing in front of my house. And per their CS they can not set specific dates to come out but approx depending on weather etc and that they will notify ahead of time."
