"I wanted to take a few days before posting a review, so I had time to think. The guy that came to "clean" my carpet was very pleasant. The cleaning, however, was another story. When asked about pet stains, he said, "Oh yes, for $30 more, I can get rid of that, no problem." OK, after he was done, the pet stains were still there on the underside of the rug. When I asked him about cleaning it, he said it would have to go offsite and would be an additional $99! So what was the $30 that was supposed to do it for. I was not satisfied with the work. I paid $140+$10 tip. I will not use them again and will tell anyone who ask about rug cleaning my experience with this company."

"Storm Air came out to our house for a $99 vent cleaning service on our dryer. Since the vent went through the roof, the guy wanted an extra $125 to get up on the roof to check to see if everything was clear. We told him to proceed. One day later our dryer went out, so we called a repair company. The heating element failed and we paid an additional $250 to get that repaired. The appliance guy took the attached picture after he got up in the attic to check the vent. He ended up charging us $90 to clean out the vent. So i called Storm Air and requested a refund - they refused saying I should have called them back to clean the vent. Very shady company with dishonest personnel - I would give them zero stars if that were an option."
"THE WORST EXPERIENCE. This has been going on since December. NO compensayion. The manager's employee broke my TV, I learned afterwards that he was not insured, and I was blackmailed to remove reviews that were true (as you can see in the pictures attached) to receive compensation (which I still haven't received.). Would love legal advice if anyone has any for me."
