"We had two technicians come out from AQS on December 8, 3023. It was a disaster. Both HVAC systems in our home were supposed to be cleaned and instead the gritty, sandy dust and dirt from the ducts were broken free and blown throughout the interior of our three-story home. Our housekeeper has never seen our home so dirty after just completing a full deep cleaning throughout. We have never experienced anything like this after having HVAC units cleaned five different times in three different homes. Two weeks after the incident, and after birding 3 different sets of proposals for remediation, AQS VP of residential cleaning, Beth Williams, is now saying we have to work through their Insurance company for resolution. All of the work is consistently thrown back on us. Meanwhile our health—- the whole reason for the service in the beginning — continues to suffer. We may have been a fluke /- but BEWARE-/ anything goes wrong -/ you’re on your own to remedy. This is not the service we expected based on the plethora of positive feedback for AQS."
