"My experience with Servpro of Norcross has been flawless. We had a leak from our shower which damaged some flooring. Orlando, Kristi and Christiana made an otherwise stressful situation very easy. Orlando is extremely knowledgeable in the business and is truly passionate about it. He provided a thorough explanation of the mitigation and build back process to me and patiently answered all of my (many) questions. Later he explained everything again to my husband who was not present at the initial meeting (and answered his many questions too). Orlando worked with my insurance adjuster to ensure that all necessary equipment and services were approved to mitigate the damage in my home (e.g., leak detection and asbestos testing). Orlando, Kristi and team worked cleanly and I felt they treated my home as if it were their own. I really did not need to do anything other than let them inside each day to work - so simple. "I must say I was very impressed with the professionalism of Servpro of Norcross, the Crew Chief Nick and his team were right on point when it came to identifying all aspects of mold and moistness in the drywall, cabinets, concrete, flooring and carpets, they immediately on day one brought in the necessary equipment to remove and treat all affected areas he was very knowledgeable of what needed to be done and addressed problem areas immediately. He and his crew were never late always communicated with a time frame and stuck to the schedule which really was convenient, I would definitely recommend this company to anyone and everyone I know that might unfortunately have a situation like this or any type of water damage or flooding of their home.
