"My daughter vomited on my jacket. I asked them if they could get it out they said yes. It took them a week to get the vomit out and they never called when it was done. They did in fact get the vomit out, but they charged me $35 for one jacket. They didn’t bother to call me and inform me of the up charge either. I’ll give them 5 stars for the actual service but 1/5 stars for customer service/ communication. I would use them again but I would definitely confirm prices beforehand."
