"SO SLOW!! This is one of the most disorganized companies I've ever used in my entire life. If you call them they won't know who is in charge and what is going on with your job, then proceed to pass your around to a number of different employees who can't answer your questions. They were suggested by State Farm, who has been trying to help me deal with them as well. If you are filing an insurance claim and they are suggested - DO NOT USE SERVPRO. I have been trying to get the floors dried for over a month and a half in my kitchen and they keep rescheduling me. Time is not of the essence for these people. Now they want me to pay 1/2 up front for a job because it's their "policy" since THEY rescheduled me. State Farm is supposed to pay, so how am I responsible for fronting this? I'm not paying for work that is not completed anyways as one of my business policies! - This is THE most UNPROFESSIONAL company you can use. Please do your due diligence before you pick a remediation company. I ended up having to go with someone else."
