"Lovely customer service but my house didn’t look any different after the clean. One of my items was broken during the clean and you can tell they just wiped the fronts of items and nothing else. It was quite disappointing with how amazing the owner is. I was promised this 49 touch point deep clean but the house wasn’t dusted or vacuumed. The owner had spoken so highly of the crew and said they were one of his best, detail oriented teams. He did offer to have the crew come back out but once I found an item was broken and that nothing was cleaned, I felt like my time had been wasted and just disrespected."
