"Great college. Do not order any laptops through the bookstore. I used over $650 of my financial aid to purchase one only to get one that doesn't work. They will not do anything to help me get it returned or get a refund. currently seeking legal aid concerning this matter. The college itself gets 5 stars. The bookstore gets none."

"I went to return my books at the bookstore. They inform me that they no longer have a bookstore at any location except the Rome location. I live in chatsworth which is over an hour drive. They didn't inform anyone of this. And my book is due the next day. This is ridiculous."

"As a student at GNTC i feel it is my right to be on campus correct? As the semester started i went on campus to meet a friend and get some help on some work, all while following the Covid-19 safety guidelines, as i looked for a place to sit a man approached us and asked us to leave. This man did not state he worked there nor gave us a reason he simply said “yall cant hangout here” i assume if he was worried about any safety guidelines and asked us to leave i would not have had a problem. Ironically this man approached us not wearing a mask and as we left he continued to stand with the rest of of the faculty at the front desk all not wearing masks and violating their own safety guidelines that i assume they enforce. All together very unprofessional staff."

"Perfectly fine school to attend. At this point you can only get an associates. The professors are typically very helpful. The campus stays clean. But the office didnt act professional. The office workers were typically rude on the Whitfield campus. Other than that, no other complaints."
