"I have used this Animal hospital for all of my dogs. They have been so kind and generous to me and all of my dogs. Prices compared to other vets are cheaper. I can honestly say that this Animal Hospital cares more about the animals than the money. Mr. Hunt and everyone at this facility is Amazing. They are knowledgeable and are speedy and extremely careful handling all my pets. I made the switch to this Animal hospital years and years ago and Opelika Animal Hospital will be the only vet that I will go to in this entire state, hands down, and thats a fact jack! (Bully breed lover for life!)"

"cost friendly, vets are knowledgeable, but front of house staff is awful. Kody the manager (?) is always bossing people around, hanging up the phone before You're done speaking, and is very controlling over staff from what they say when she isn't there. not a good look when you're sitting at the desk on the phone with your husband and running out and back in constantly to check on your car that's being detailed in the parking lot. another younger, blonde woman who works there was VERY rude to another employee the last time I was there and completely ignored my existence and is the reason I probably won't be going back."

"Dr. Hicks was awesome to work with! She was very open and honest about costs/options for our baby! The only complaint I have is, one of the office staff girls was very rude and seemed super judgmental when I asked about the check hold option.. I brushed it off because we really loved Dr. Hicks and want to continue to see and use her."
