"These people were amazing. My dog and best friend of 14 years had to be put to sleep. It was 330 am and this was the closest place that could take us after hours. About a hour drive from us. But I am so appreciative for them. Everyone from the receptionist to the vet and the assistants were all so kind and amazing to us. I will never forget how caring everyone was. Thank you."

"These ladies are true angels. We visited them last night with my pit who had a mass on her throat. I knew going in that she would not be coming back home with us. From the registration to the tech to the vet to her final moments these ladies were hands down the most caring and compassionate group. I can not say enough good things about how they handled our sweet aging baby and us being crying messes. They allowed us to take our time saying good bye, making sure we were comfortable in leaving, check out was easy and so many options for payment were available if needed. "Brought my pup in for a puncture wound on his paw. They did a wonderful job explaining and did amazing at communicating the problem and next steps. They took it seriously even tho it may not have been as severe as I had thought. They took care of him without over treating. All staff were amazing. Super grateful for them! Just wanted to update a few days later and say pup is mostly healed! Had his follow up and is able to keep his cone off now! Thank you again!!"

"On December 19, 2023, Upon visiting our local Vet we received news that our beloved 16 year-old kitty had abdominal fluid and most likely would need to be put down. We decided to take him home and play things by ear. He was still eating and pottying and we just didn't have the heart to put him down at that time. Fast forward to December 30, 2023 approx. at 2 AM while sleeping on the bed he began gasping for air. It was then we decided we had to visit the Northwest Georgia Veterinary Emergency Center. I called prior to our arrival, and they were prepared for us to do the impossible, which was to put our sweet fur baby to sleep. We no longer wanted to watch him suffer. I say all this because they were the most compassionate and professional group of Individuals we could have hoped to experience and they tenderly care for our precious Caesar. Upon arriving, they knew exactly who we were, and the loving care that we required in making this decision. I was so surprised to have engaged with so many people working in that particular clinic especially at that hour. Within the span of one hour we probably connected with four separate workers, 1 front desk person, 2 different vet techs and the Vet. Our sweet kitty received top-notch care from this group when he was most vulnerable, and in need of loving compassion. They gave us as much time as we needed to say goodbye to our sweet Caesar. When we left, they sent home with us Caesar's paw print. It was the best gift they could offered us. On our drive home, my teenage girls and I were so impressed and spoke about their kindness between tears, and how it helped us. It's been almost 2 weeks since we had to put our sweet Caesar down and just last evening, I opened up the sweetest condolence card from them. This level of care surpassed my expectations. I highly recommend this emergency vet and thank them for all they did to help us through that difficult night as we said goodbye to Caesar. Thank you to the entire staff and may God continue to bless you all."
