"My recent experience was very positive! First of all, Sandra was willing to listen and promptly respond to my concern about my pet’s health issue; she successfully worked me into the schedule that same day. Lee Watson diagnosed my pet’s illness and prescribed medication and instructions for home application. In my opinion, Lee is one of “the best” in his profession. He has a wealth of knowledge and experience, yet he can communicate the most intricate pet health issue in understandable terms. Lee is patient in answering questions and never makes me feel rushed. Finally, I must mention the attending technician who was very skilled and professional. To sum it all up, I left the office that day feeling grateful for each of these caring and competent people."
"We just moved to the area and had tried another vet first when adopting our cats. When it came time for our dogs yearly appointments, I knew I didn’t want to go back there and am so glad I found this one. They have a very thorough online system/app where I was able to get everything about my dogs ahead of time and the appointment was a breeze. They were super transparent about pricing during the appointment, which I really appreciated. The icing on the cake was that right before I was about to leave for my scheduled appointment time, I noticed an infected bite on one of my cats. They were able to add him to the appointment and treat him with very little notice. We will be taking all of our animals here for many years to come!"
"One of my little fur babies, had osteosarcoma of the jaw. Knew about it. Made plans with my vet and of all the days it was a Saturday that they were closed. This place took me in with my baby, spent the time to talk with us and make us comfortable. And help me say goodbye to my little fur child. I cannot say enough. When I called ahead they said we'll be ready and waiting for you and made it very accommodating, I've never been here before but they were wonderful."
