"We've had nothing but great experiences here. I've brought my dogs in for annual wellness visits as well as sick visits. The vets here listen to you and do everything they possibly can for your baby. I drive 45 minutes to come here. I wouldn't take my babies anyplace else. Special recognition to Dr. Cowley. You can tell how much she cares about her patients."
"Very disappointed today. Cat taken in to be neutered . Went to pick him up and pet carrier was full of urine and smelled horribly. Cat was soaked in urine. Very disgusting. We asked if he could be cleaned up and was told that they weren’t supposed to touch them. Thankfully a lady at the front desk said that he could be taken to the back to be cleaned up. He was brought back out in about 4 minutes supposedly cleaned but was still disgusting. I feel this was very unprofessional. I can not recommend them at this time due to this experience."
