"This place decided to create new charges to tack onto people's bills. I took my baby to get his teeth cleaned in September 2022. I called today for a quote for another teeth cleaning and they added a "daycare fee" of $9.50. When I asked why it wasn't on my previous invoice, they replied, "new year, new policy ma'am". They made my choice very easy. I'll be taking my baby to Cataula Vet from here on out. Better prices, friendlier staff, and you don't have to wait in the parking lot the entire time. You can actually go inside."

"They very clearly want to take care of all the animals that they see here! They don’t sugarcoat anything, but they also go out of their way to communicate if anything turns for the worst. They know us and our dog by name. I trust them with my senior dog and they’re yet to disappoint."

"I absolutely love the vet! He is amazing and always listens to my concerns and questions and takes great care of my dog. However, the older vet tech is why I'm writing this review. Earlier today my new puppy was bitten and I called ahead because of curbside service. He was gushing blood from his mouth, I was covered in blood from shoulders to arms. Before I pulled in I called the office to let them know I was 2 minutes away. I know its curbside, but when I pulled in the older vet tech was on a cigarette break. I stepped out of my vehicle to get the puppy out. I didn't make any moves to towards the door because the really nice vet tech said she would meet me out by my car. However, the older lady was quite rude and insisted I get back in my car. My puppy was covered in blood, I was covered in blood. I was in panic mode. This lady showed no ounce of worry or care for my dog. She just threw her cigarette and walked back inside. Stephanie, I believe that's her name is a wonderful vet tech and she helped me with everything. The vet called and talked to me and eased my worries. However, this has made me extremely upset. This isn't the first time this Vet Tech has treated someone rudely. She did the same to my sister."

"Gateway has been amazing. They managed to work both of our emergency pups in the same day and the level of professionalism and obvious care was leaps and bounds above any other vet I have seen. You can tell everyone there truly cares about what they do. The staff are the most amazing and kind hearted people and Dr Jones went out of his way to keep us informed, and do what he could for our pups. Lisa gave us great advice on any future pets. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!"
