"What more do I need to say that this one star rating hasn't already said? Exactly, but I'm going to go the extra mile and explain myself. It's in your best interest when placing your order to call 3-4 days after you placed it to check on said order because you're not going to get a phone call saying your order is ready. You have to do that step yourself. I know, I know. It's super hard doing somebody else's job but it can be resolved as simple as asking to be put on their payroll for doing the leg work. Oh and don't forget to tell them that you didn't order that side of attitude they placed on there for free. Free or not, it's completely unprofessional. You know what is free? Brushing up on your customer service skills. You know what is not free? My dry cleaning bill where I had to get a shirt laundered from the venom that was spat at me the day I dropped off my order. But I'm a forgive and forget type of person. A glass half full kind of lady. So I paid the $8 for the simple 4 inch long monogram. I hope they enjoy the rest of their Friday since they close at 12:00 p.m. as the lady so 'kindly' informed me when I asked if my order was ready for pickup. From here on out I will be taking my business to Love Letters. They actually call you when your order is ready. I know, I know. You're not use to said phone calls from Pro 1. On another note, Pro 1 is getting a one star only because I couldn't rate it with no stars. Bummer."

"I feel like they are slow in process, but it's my personal opinion I brought to black hats to be embroidery with a custom logo yellow and white. It's it took them a week just to digitize the logo, from personally embroidery clothes, I know digitizing do not take a week long, at most 3 days. But it's my first time trying them out and I am not pleased with the time frame for 2 items where the logo was already made."
