They are just helpful. When you buy a bike, all accessories are 10% off. They remind you for the first year any help you need, tune ups, etc are typically included. They encourage you to come back after a month for fine tuning, included. They also put the accessories on for you (bottle holder, phone holder, light etc) I went looking for a bike for a long time before coming upon this store and I am so glad I did. It is not intimidating like other bike stores I went to."
