"I'm concerned. I put in an order through their website 2 weeks ago for something supposedly in stock. I have emailed them twice and called 4 times. Nobody will respond via email and they will not even answer the phone to give me status. I will not buy from them again as customer service is non-existant. I guess I'll have to contest the CC charge as they don't seem to have any intention of fullfilling the order."
"Made an order in mid August. After over two weeks it was finally processed and shipping label was made. It's been over a month now since the label was made and they haven't even put it in a mailbox, pretty sad considering it takes all of two seconds to do that. If I could give zero stars I happily would. Nonexistent customer service, no way to actually contact them (I've emailed them over 4 times over a month and no response) and no phone number to talk to an employee or anyone. Possibly the worst online supplier I've ever had the displeasure of doing "business" with (if you can call taking peoples money and not sending the item they ordered business). Unless you like giving your money to crooks stay far away."
"Tried to order a Glock slide. They triple charged my card, took them over a week to respond to my messages and refund the extra charges. It's been four months and I still haven't received the slide. Sent them messages about it order and never received a response."
"I would give them 0 stars if I could. Placed an order with them 2 weeks ago. The charge hit my debit card pending transactions, but never appeared to be complete. I sent them 2 emails about this and a technical question about one of their products and never received any response. I also never received any order confirmation or info. Every time I call to make sure the order was canceled (to make sure I don't get a random charge some day), no one answers and their voicemail is always full. Very unprofessional, I would stay away. UPDATE weeks after the the order is placed without any receipt, invoice or communication the transaction hit my bank account. Still no response/ all voicemail boxes still full. Will dispute transaction at this point. Worst (nonexistent) customer support I have ever experienced."
