"Waited 45 minutes for way overcooked fried catfish, mediocre fries, and tasteless slaw. Restaurant was empty when I arrived, and after I finished eating, the restaurant was filled with people and NOBODY BUT ME had food. 0/10, do not recommend."
"I just stopped to eat here on my way from Florida to Carrolton, because I heard so much about the place. The cook and the waitress both played with a puppy, and neither washed their hands afterwards. I didn’t order, just left. I love animals but this was one of the most unsanitary things I ever witness in a restaurant."
"I really enjoyed the hamburger and onion rings! I was disappointed they didn't offer a daily, meat amd vegetable plate, though. They are expanding and hope to bring that menu option back. Will have to check back with them later."

"We are working on SR27 and have passed the signs alot for this place. The staff was friendly and very helpful. I got the BBQ plate. The BBQ was freshly made, not store bought. It was a little chewy but had good flavor. The stew was petty good. I will probably be back and try the hamburger steak next. They serve breakfast lunch and dinner. And pizza."
