"I ordered online bc I don't feel well. My husband ordered in person went there to pick up my order. They did not put lettuce and cucumbers in my salad. My husband had to go back down there to get my drink, got back home 2nd time I had to go back down there the 3rd time to get them to fix my salad and give me my cookie. If they can't do no better then this with this app then they don't need this app. This is the last time I order from this app unless I go down there myself to make sure they get the order right. I even called down there phone ringed voicemail and it was full. I called about 20 times so they could give everything to my husband but no one answered the phone. Yes I'm upset bc they should have got it right the 1st time or answer the phone so I would not have to go down there a 3rd time. Absolutely ridiculously and I'm angry about it. If subway I'm Franklin GA can't do no better then this with the app they don't need to use it. I get ppl make mistakes but u could at least answer the phone to save me a 3rd trip."

"Food was cold but rather good. The older lady that was working tonight sure had a terrible attitude. We asked for out sandwich to be toasted and she snapped back with an attitude the toaster was broke ."
