"Definitely would not recommend to purchase shoes here. I bought shoes for someone and when we opened the box on Christmas this is how we found the shoes. I called young lady said bring the shoes, and we can take care of it. Got to the store and the complete opposite. The guy with the dreads said that we would have to call Timberland bc that is a Tim problem. Now remind you, he gave us the manager number and of course he didn't pick up or reply back. The manager bought some cleaner(sneaker) cleaner saying use that an a eraser it should come out... Lol, who the heck keeps erasers around for shoes. Now, I paid with my card, no problem but now its a problem... DEFINITELY WOULDN'T RECOMMEND SHOPPING AT THIS LOCATION UNLESS UR OK WITH HAVING SHOES THAT ARE DEFECTIVE. Oh yea the ERASER DAMN SHO AINT WORK... Then the manager of the location, said bring it back Friday, the girl might exchange it... Definitely bad business"
