"Walked out of the airport Terminal A location about 10 mins ago. Had every intention on buying some sunglasses before I boarded my plane. Walked in the store and there was one guy standing around on his phone. He briefly glanced up when I walked in and was back playing on his phone. I thought he was a customer so I asked him if he worked there. He said no I’m just standing here, and rolled his eyes, looked back at his phone. I walked out. No way I’m giving my money to terrible employees, I’ll wait. Get better people Sunglass Icon, you’re worker is losing you money."
"The salesman was wonderful, no complaints there, but after I chose my Persols, he boxed up the DEMO in a Tom Ford box (there were no new Persols and they didn't have the proper case), and I now have a pair of $310 ($350 with tax) sunglasses with damage to the frame from the anti-theft device, and they are stretched out so that they don't stay on my face even when sitting still. I can't reach anyone about a return. Buy elsewhere."
"Just purchased an expensive pair of sunglasses. Spent 20 minutes at the store and I was the only guest in the store. The sales person stayed playing on her phone and said nothing. I checked out and she said nothing other than I would like a bag. She should find a job that fits her personality."
"Brought 2 pairs of shades from a nice sales rep. Didn't get his name but he was kool and very helpful, I believe he was of Ethiopian decent, I'll be back to shop soon"
