"*Small Dog Friendly* I really enjoy shopping at Ross, and I love that I can bring my dog in to try out their xs dog clothing. I love being able to have a shopping companion who is furry! Ross always has a wide assortment of various items for the home. I enjoy the items I get and love the price discounts. On Tuesday, if you are older they give you a senior discount. As a woman you have to ask bc the cashiers refuse to assume, I can see that going badly pretty quickly! The only issue I have is checkout efficiency, it’s sometimes frustrating to see 5 associates walking around while only one cashier is open with 20 people in the line."

"I walked in to get 2 things and I witnessed about 65 customers in a line wrapped around the store and all the way back to the back with only 2 operating registers about three hours before closing. No thank you. They lost my business. I walked out as soon as I realized how long I would have had to stand in line. Other customers were walking out as well with no merchandise."
