"I had an exceptional experience at this location today. It was a busy Saturday and the Lululemon team had the line moving quickly. Furthermore I had a few pieces that I wanted to take advantage of the quality promise on. It was the most seamless process and I felt such a testament to lululemon's belief in the quality of what they sell. The team member who helped me had great energy. I was already a loyal lululemon customer but after today's experience it has further deepened my commitment to the brand. So much so I am writing a Google Review about it - I hope this makes it to the right leaders at the company to know what a great job this location is doing!"

"Clean store and friendly staff. However, the huge advertising screen behind the counter (facing the entrance) was not working and the floor person said it usually crashes at least once a week and they have to call someone to come fix it. Our nephew is one of the ambassadors for Lululemon and we stopped there specifically to see the video with him in it. They did get it fixed before we left so that was a good thing but we were disappointed in general because the store is located next to Lenox Mall, one of the most high end malls in ATL, so everything should be on point!"

"Complicit in a parking scam. The shops in this lot have terrible signage on purpose to trick patrons into parking here and then booting their cars. Parking company was very rude and knew that the signs were deceiving. Parking attendant laughed as he removed my boot off my truck and said “should have read the fine print”."

"Best lululemon store In GA! Everyone is so helpful and kind, especially Sio. She helped me order my things I needed and was extremely patient and helpful! I love the customer service at this location. Won’t ever go to another location! I drive an hour 20 mins just for this store."
