"I’ve just spent the last 30 minutes in this store with the associate being rude to me simply because she didn’t want to exchange an item. I had my son with me. I was simply there for an exchange. She was rude, confrontational and simply unkind the day after Christmas. The feedback from the manager on duty was I belittled her. He said nothing while she was standing there being rude to me. He finished the transaction. He said she returned the item, charged me for the gift someone gave me only to say the previous associate didn’t return the item to refund me and re ring it. Meanwhile, I’m standing there and they are being kind to all of the Caucasian guests are greeted with hello and how may I help you. I received attitude the second I got to the counter. Help me understand this????? Customer service and manager training is needed immediately. Also, if you don’t like your job…..QUIT"

"Was looking for the white sambas in size womens 7 had called two times before going in store to check if the were available and if they still had a few pairs and the guy answered yes one of this calls was at 6:20pm got there at 6:35 and they said they didn't had the size it was a bit frustrating but understood giving its very popular probably sold right before I got there, ended up getting in the black which I was pleased. The cashier Kasheiry (not sure if its spelled correctly) was very nice with my father in law giving the military discount even tho he had issues setting up the account to get the discount itself."

"Small store but has athletic clothing and shoes. Don't expect to find some of the fashionable clothing and collection shoes you'll find online. Really appreciate the pick-up option for this store"
