"I took my friend here because they had good reviews and she had just had a baby and I wanted her to feel pretty. My friend did want a drastic hair color change, she wanted a blue and purple melt together, and while the stylist was very friendly and we appreciate the time the she put into it, she did stay late to finish it, the quality was disappointing. There were blonde streaks showing through all over and a clear line of blonde separation where the colors met. My friend actually had chemical burns on her scalp from the bleach sitting too long. While I know drastic colors take a lot of time and effort, the way it was done, the bleach, the application of color was all very disapointing. I think the stylist would benefit from further color application classes. I had pictures as well but there doesn't seem to be an option for that here."
