"Horrible customer services. I went to do a return on shoes that was given to me over the holidays. I was advised when I called the store the return policy was extended to 60 days due to holiday purchases. When I got to the store they said otherwise. An employee who I had not conversed with during my entire time at the store wanted to argue. She was being antagonizing and seemed to think she can bully me into not doing a return. It was unprofessional and inappropriate. I will never purchase or advise anyone else to purchase shoes at the this location. They said they’re a franchise and make up their own policies and one of them is a very unrealistic return policy."

"Today I am giving Julien (Sales Associate) five stars for his wonderful customer service. From the time I walked in, he was smiling and extremely helpful. He went above and beyond to assist me. I liked his friendly demeanor and positive attitude. In addition he took his time to show me several different types of shoes. I would definitely recommend this location."

"I purchased $190 in merchandise 4 days ago. None of the items fit. So, today I went to the store to return them. I was told I could only get a store credit as the "retro" merchandise I purchases are ineligible for refund. What a scam! Just don't shop here. I can't support fraud and customer/consumer abuse. Reporting to my bank to see if I can get my money back now that their items are in their possession."

"Horrible customer service from the guy at the register. Trying to make us buy a shoe because "we got it dirty " (which probably was already dirty). He definitely needs more training on customer service because that was NOT the way or reason to kicked a customer out of the store or speak to a customer."
