"My left shoe was a 8 1/2, and my right shoe was the size I ordered a 9 1/2. Now I don’t know how I’m going to go about getting the right size shoe. Besides that everything was good. My other pair of shoes that came, they were fine. The ordering process was pretty easy. The shipping came in the correct amount of days. You guys sent the wrong shoe size with one pair of shoes I ordered, that’s the only problem I have."

"I spent over 500$ in the store, and couldn’t get service. The staff just kept walking by me while I’m holding a shoe to make a purchase. Doubt if I go back. There was a good employee that did help once he was free while the other four staff just stood around."

"At the bare minimum when a customer walks into your store they should be greeted. I just walked out of this store after me and my husband walked inside and neither the female nor male worker said anything; they didn’t even lift their heads(it was 10:25 and no one else was in the store). We proceeded to walk in further and still no acknowledgement, but at this point they definitely saw us. I really don’t have any words because outside of NOT being a decent employee you should at least be a decent human. I just don’t understand not acknowledging people in general especially those coming to spend money in your store. I try to spend money in my community, but it’s getting harder and harder. I definitely won’t be returning and I see why their rating is so low!"

"That big black lady at the front desk was rude, snappy, disrespectful, and on her phone. She was even rude to customers who called in the store. Someone needs to teach her customer service skills, or she needs to get another job. Y'all need to fire her!"

"Closes at 9 pm. Clerk tells me they're actually closed at 8 48 pm. Exactly why i will never spend a damn dime here, ever."
