"Had them sow on some patches on two Letterman jackets. The quality was very poor, and the patches were lifting off the jackets. I asked if they could fix it. The answer was "no, we did you a favor by putting them on." The elderly man I spoke with tried blaming it on the fact that I didn't buy the Letterman from them, and other excuses that had nothing to do with their poor workmanship. Then when I asked for a refund I was told to get out of the store. Edit to acknowledge businesses reply: It's ok to have an issue. They happen at some point to everyone no matter how good you are. What's not ok is not taking responsibility and fixing an issue when it does arise. What's not ok is not refunding the money when you can't or don't want to fix the issue. What's not ok is how you treated a paying customer that in reality did you a favor by supporting your business. Not the other way around. The workmanship was subpar, but the one star is for how rudely I was treated."

"Dropped off a $65 under armour shirt to be embroidered with my company logo. Shirt got stuck in the machine, ripped a hole in it. I understand, it happens. My problem is, the owner was indifferent about it. He said "sorry, get another shirt and I'll do it for free". So I've traded my $65 shirt for a free $10 embroidery. He couldn't have cared less. There was absolutely zero consequence for his screw up. Didnt even offer to replace the shirt. Needless to say, I wont be back. Edit in response to reply: A stand up businessman would pay for a replacement or at least offer to. You did neither. The sign protects you from being legally liable but we both know what the right thing to do is."
