"This store was an hour away from me... So I specifically called ahead to make sure they had the shoes I wanted in my size..the man replied instantly that they did...I drive AN HOUR to get here for my shoe he checks in the back and goes "oh we don't have that size but we have one size up and one size down". HOW DOES THAT HELP ME! Why say you have the size when you don't!! Wasted 2 hours of driving and all that gas because your workers are too lazy to actually see what they have before they say they do"

"We had a great experience and loved the variety of what’s available in Barnes. But hands down the best part is their customer service! We were out of town and passed through Carrollton, stopping by Barnes on the way. We purchased a few things but got home and realized the buckle on a cap was broke. Called the store and they immediately shipped us a replacement with a kind note. Love small businesses and the care they show their customers!"
