"The experience was average, the cashier friendly . But the pricing has increased drastically! I could only afford 1 or 2 things. This used to be the store to go to if you were on a small budget, not any longer!!! When you see the same pricing at all the other stores, why go to a store that you get used ,discarded items for the same price you get new at other stores?"
"This store is supposed to be a place to find affordable items. Everything in the store is donated. Therefore they really don't have an excuse to charge such high prices. Some of the items are more expensive than the original price of the new product in the store. One item I saw still had the original price sticker from the store, but the goodwill price was marked up even higher. Another item was a worn out basket with broken areas in the weaving, and they still asked $6 for it. I understand that goodwill is supposed to help people in need, but they are also supposed to benefit those that can't afford to shop in other stores. Maybe if the CEO took a pay cut, the prices could be lowered to accommodate the customers."
"Prices are TOO EXPENSIVE to be a GOODWILL THRIFT STORE!"
"Crystal was treated very badly here. After their register messed up they caught an attitude with her about seeing her bank app to see it went through. After she charged her phone in the car enough to go back in to show them the cashier then okayed it and stated she seen it went through. Crystal then wanted to show the other lady that was messing with her bag to make sure everyone understood she paid. When she did the lady said pending isn’t paid. Crystal then told them to keep the $44 and the stuff that she didn’t want it after being treated that way. The other lady then proceeded to say my manager will be here in the morning I don’t want your money. Overall these people need to learn customer service. Oh and fix your register before blaming customers."
"I just watched a tictok of a very popular creator that said your Manger kept her stuff even after it showed on the receipt it went though you hire scammers and theirs at c goodwill there it was 44 dollars and she was treated bad I demand you do better and that Manger lose her job"
