"Tried to return an item and specifically asked for store credit. After specifically being told that it was absolutely allowed by your customer service team I expected that my request would be specifically carried out. After arriving to the Carrollton Ga store on highway 27 the customer service employee that was just transferred there blatantly not giving a single f either ignored me or has issues understanding basic English language returned it to guess what…the card used for the purchase! Not store credit. Just to give you a back story I was on the phone for 48 minutes with this specific store waiting to see if I could receive store credit for an item purchased with a card but that didn’t matter after all. What a waste of time"

"After spending $500 redoing my kitchen floor we needed 4.more tiles. Even though price is individual tile they refused to sell from open boxes on shelf and would only sell a case. Companies don't care about the customers anymore, hopefully Lowe's puts them out of business."
