"I honestly don’t understand how these places are still in business and don’t have half of their inventory stolen daily. It’s hard to find a sales associate that will actually help you if there is even one on the floor. Half the time I go in the stores and there are zero sells associates on the floor. They are all in the back together. Zero help from any of them even after you wander around the store for 10 minutes looking for something."

"Rude self absorbed girls running the place. I bought a 30.00 tshirt for my 8 year old grandson because that’s all I saw he liked. The clerks never bothered to help me search their inventory so I went somewhere else and bought some shoes he liked. You all really need to step up your game. You have competition with better prices and customer service!!! They just took a sale from you."

"I went in with my daughter to look for school shoes. No one who works there acknowledged us. She picked a shoe and we took it to the register to ask for her size. 3 girls stood there and laughed and talked. 1 girl walked away, 1 continued to laugh and throw things around behind the counter, and one very rudely asked if she could help us. As she was looking up the shoe, the girl behind the register continued to act like a child and distract the girl helping and even threatened to to punch her in the face. She was obviously kidding, but it was so unprofessional and honestly annoying. I walked out. It would be one thing if we could try on the shoes or browse sizes, but in these stores you have to have the employee look up and get you the sizes you need. I wouldn't recommend this store if you want shoes. Reading these other reviews I can see it wasn't just me. They need better workers or a meeting on customer service."
