"Love shopping here for large appliances. One time we bought a refrigerator, washer, dryer and dishwasher all in one day. The washer and dryer were a matching set. The refrigerator was a french door refrigerator with the freezer on the bottom with a ice maker and a filltered water dispenser."

"Meh...mabey stop judging folks coming into your store in project clothes (aka disposable outfits) there's no reason to follow someone around because they look "less than" especially with the child with the thick glasses at the customer service desk leaning over the edge to watch us at the self checkout that we were very annoyingly standing by because it was malfunctioning...shame on ya'll for being so unwelcoming....don't you have cameras every where to catch thrives in security or are they unable to abide by their employment so it requires employees following folks around instead of keeping the business running....very understaffed, rude, and with extremely poor management and it shows....do better"

"I wanted to use my Lowes card on a larger wire purchase, but the Home Depot down the road had a much cheaper price for the item. I asked them to match the price, and a manager confirmed it was an identical item. After waiting for final approval for about 20 or 30 minutes, the employee waiting with me contacted them to find out what was taking so long. The match was denied, because allegedly it was a clearance price, and Home Depot wasn't going to carry it any longer. I know that's not true, because it's a common building wire they always stock. I spent over $20,000 at Home Depot for my business last year. I don't plan on moving any of that business over to Lowes if they can't even honor their own policies."

"I asked 6 different employees for help only 1 employee was able to help. Shout out to the paint department!!! 3 told us they didn't have the product we are looking for. Took us a little longer but managed to find every item on the list. Just felt like employees need more training."
