"Finally! Dalton has a disc golf retail store. It is easily found off of Cleveland Highway in one of the newer shopping centers - 2406 Cleveland Highway, Suite 303. Once you enter the shopping center, they are on the right side. *wheelchair accessible My husband and I visited the store for the first time today. We found the owner to be very friendly, knowledgeable, and beyond helpful. They carry a wide assortment of all the major brands, as well as some brands that we had never heard of before. The prices for newer discs are about the same that you would find anywhere else. They also have a great selection of used discs at discounted prices which is good if you are a beginner and not really sure what your favs are yet. The bonus of visiting this retail store is that you have the opportunity to hold and examine the disc. You can feel the weight and flexibility of the discs which you can't do when buying online. Plus, they have a goal set up in the back if you want to throw one and get a small feel how it might perform. *You might actually find something you've never seen before that you like. We found several gems today and are excited to try. They also do trade-ins, so load up those unwanted discs and make some deals. They have these cute mini disc golf goals. I actually bought one for my son's upcoming birthday. He will be so excited! I might have to go back and get us one. They are so cute! I want to also point out that the store owner has made his shop a drop off for lost and found discs (see my posted pic). Many times, we are on courses where we find discs, but there is no phone number on the disc or drop off bin for them. This store is a great option, because there is always someone there preventing returned discs from being stolen. So, if you are looking for something unique, need some pointers or advice, check out Major Chains. We were extremely pleased!"
