"We decided to try Fiesta after a recommendation of a waiter in another restaurant. We had tried 6 other Mexican with most below average results. We were seated promptly and chip and salsa were brought to us. Our waiter took our orders after explaining items on the menu where we had questions. Our drinks came quickly however things slowed after that. Our waiter was being asked to handle more customers than should been expected to include a party of 16. He had to be his own bartender a good portion of the even. He did his best ho address all his customers. Our good arrived in an acceptable time frame and was the best Mexican food we’ve had in Dalton. The check took a long time to receive as our waiter was swamp. We had to ask the manager for this. Although the service wasn’t great, it wasn’t our servers fault. Management did not staff properly for the evening. All said, the food is good and we’ll be back."
"The food is outstanding -- especially the chips and salsa. We always have good servers. However, that sissy boy who runs the place needs a serious attitude adjustment. We would eat there more often if it weren't for him."
"This is jumbo frozen margarita and is I think in fact non alcoholic cause no liquor and it's frozen like a shake. I can literally damn near serve this margarita to you upside down like dairy queen shakes"
"They have separate vegetarian options and I ordered spinach chimichanga from that. It was really good. I couldn't stop eating the nachos and salsa that they served initially, salsa was soo good. I definitely recommend going here."
"Well me and some friends went here to have a birthday party for someone and for them not to have a lot of people in the establishment. The service was very slow. We waited about 25 for 30 minutes for our drinks and then to eat was pretty much close to an hour's wait. I can't say that they were short staffed because I did see about five servers there and like I said there wasn't a lot of people in the restaurant. So I don't know. Maybe it's just hit and miss for some people. Would I host another birthday party there. No, but maybe for some people it works out fine. Anyways, the food was good but I'm rating it lowly based upon the service and how long we had to wait on our food. Thanks and I hope you enjoy."
