"The food was excellent, but once it was served, the waitress was not vigilant to fill drinks, and could not be signaled over for boxes and tickets. The paper towel dispenser in the ladies room was almost off the wall, with a roll of towels standing upright on the sink to dry your hands."

"First of all, Laprei Ramsey is an excellent server. She is extremely attentive. She made me fresh hot coffee with a smile! Our food was delicious. My salad was extremely fresh. This is a superb Applebee's."
"A few times I've been there it has taken them a while to even get my order. On certain occasions I can understand that and let it slide. But one issue that I'm surprised hasn't been addressed is the smell! I'm not sure if it's the smell of the tables or seats. It may be because the person cleaning it isn't really cleaning it right or they're not using clean clothes or sanitizing water. But it's leaving that dirty rag smell on the tables and seats. I've been wanting to mention it to the servers before we even sit down but I hold back because I don't want to be a Karen. But I'm sure it has to do something with how or with what tables are being cleaned. It's not a pleasant smell for customers who want to dine in and enjoy a meal. Other than that everything is good."
"I'll probably never be back, honestly. The waitress didn't seem to know anything we asked about, she almost seemed scared. We asked about the $5 margaritas and she told me it would be extra to be strawberry... But then I see the specials she didn't even suggest with flavored margaritas for $5. The bartender didn't wash her hands before making my drink (she barely rinsed them, and she had been sitting eating when the waitress told our order). Repulsive and unsanitary. I had requested normal chicken strips instead of honey pepper and I really don't like pepper... And, the Mac n cheese was barely warm. My husband ordered his drink with very little ice and it came with normal ice. Overall, terrible experience"
