"Bait and switch tactics. Wasted an hour trying on shoes to find out their buy one get one free sale (that’s advertised across the store) doesn’t apply to anything they currently have except a small display of sandals. No problem, mixups happen and they explained they offer buy one get one half off on the shoes labeled as such. We got to the register and found out the buy one get one half off can’t be used with the majority of brands we were looking at. Another person at the register next to us experienced the same issue. I left the shoes on the counter and walked 150 yards to Rack Room shoes. Never again Off Broadway Shoes with your DECEPTIVE sales tactics!!!"
"I hate writing 1 star reviews but this experience was so degrading and I feel like people should know. I went in late last night with my husband and 2 kids. We bought 4 pairs of shoes. The whole time I was trying on shoes the store staff was following me around. Literally the moment I walked in to the moment I paid. I didn't realize at first until the were Literally just watching us. They followed us all the way to the cash register, never asked if we needed anything, where we paid. We paid cash and like all business, they check if authenticity. That is no problem, but they checked each bill 3 times. Yes I am Latina, no I did not go in there to still from you. I have not gone through that experience since 2010. Do better. Don't pass judgment."
"Caroline was helpful and had a wonderfully pleasant attitude despite me walking in near closing. She greeted me as I walked in with a smile and listened to my needs. I was pleasantly surprised to find a pair of comfortable and supportive shoe in a brand I have never worn. Thank you Caroline for the great customer service!"
