Cracker Barrel Old Country Store 2920 Hospitality Street, Tallahassee, FL 32303

"We attempted to have a nice meal at the Tallahassee location. Our server was very distracted. We were advised that our meals were delayed because they didn't have pancake mix ready. I requested to have all the food brought out that was ready. After several minutes our food came out and was not hot, with pancakes that were so cold that butter wouldn't even melt . We requested drink refills several times which took a long time, and last refills were forgotten. By the end of the meal I requested the manager. The manager took my complaint that none of the food was hot, and said well you should not have eaten it. Then after identifying, medically I could not wait she said I will have the other manager come out. After waiting more than 5 minutes we got up and went to the register. I identified to the cashier what we had, and where we sat. I also advised I was not happy with our dining experience to the primary manager. Basically the manager acknowledged that there was No Interest in our contentment as she was busy dealing with other issues. DON'T EAT HERE IF YOU WANT HOT FOOD ! Sorry, not sorry, Poor Service."

"Went in for breakfast and enjoyed it so much. The wait time was very short and the waitress was super nice and attentive. Food was perfect and had amazing portions. I highly suggest the cheesecake stuffed pancakes. Those are too die for. Can’t wait to eat here again"
