"This is by far the worst location. I've never had a good experience here before. Unfortunately it's the closest location to us. Who has a meeting in a kids area in the middle of dinner rush?? Why is the lobby open till late but the playground is always closed early.. I've been told it's because they don't have the staff to clean it any later.. but it's not like anything is ever sanitized.. they literally sweep and mop and that's it. Plenty of little high schoolers talking and doing nothing around the back.. Seemed pretty staffed to me. Lack of management training."
"I asked for pickles and cheese, and they gave me only onions and would look like old cheese. The onions don’t look fresh neither does the burger. They made us wait for 20 minutes after we waited, that long, you would think that the food would be excellent and perfect. BTW, the fries were also cold. I do not recommend going to this place to eat."
"Both my brother-in-law and I ate the big Mac and caught a virus. I know that they are dollar with an order but they’re not cooking them fully. Night shift are full of teenagers who do their job half fast."
"Was asked to park in number 1 to wait for my fish sandwich. I waited 10 minutes for them to come out with no fish sandwich. Then I asked for 2 sandwiches for the inconvenience. She comes back and say they are making 2 sandwiches. 5 minutes later she comes back with 2 lukewarm sandwiches. My husband said remind him not to come back here anymore. Night time service is horrible."
"The service was fast and friendly and they gave me the right food... but they forgot my BBQ & sweet and sour sauce, straws and didn't put any napkins in the bag. So just check ur bag before you leave the window! Other than that it was a quick pleasant experience!"
