"Visited Waffle House on Brown Bridge Rd, Sun, Feb 18, 2024. Wanted fresh, lump-free grits but new management policies don't allow special food requests like re-cooking grits. Disappointed as past visits were flexible with such requests, enhancing the dining experience. This rigid policy undermines customer satisfaction and the quality of a Southern staple. Hope management reconsiders for better service."
"This is the place I always get food from since it's the closest to my home and they have been easy to call and place orders and to make online orders. The waiter in the evening time was not the best. But definitely in the morning time it's the best cause they are good at doing their job."
"I have been to this location many times in the late afternoon and evening and the customer service has always been amazing. BUT during a Friday morning, three females were on shift and their attitude was absolutely terrible!!! Apparently one had “better things to do” than fix my food properly! I will never return to this establishment based on the fact that their attitudes was enough to ruin others day. If you go to this location make sure it’s not early morning."
"My daughter was visiting from Maryland and we like to have breakfast at a Waffle House there, so she wanted to try one here. My wife has never tried one so we brought her with us. Once there we found seats at the counter and ordered breakfast. The food came pretty quickly and was served up hot. The crew was like a machine. Everyone had their part and everyone was moving. No slouching. You can see my plate was looking like a happy plate and both of my my ladies were food happy. It wasn't fancy but it sure was good. We enjoyed the staff and they made sure we were taken care of. I recommend that if you are in the area and hungry that you give them a try."
