"DONT BELIEVE EVERY BAD REVIEW! The employees are always friendly to you if you are friendly to them! expecting double portion meat without paying for double portion is not a reason to argue with the staff and post poor reviews. I have been going to this location for years and i’ve never had any of the issues other than maybe an item being out of stock (the place is busy of course they are going to run out of stuff from time to time that’s just how restaurants work)."

"Chipotle, why do your staff members look so miserable to work for you? There has not been a time I've walked out of this place with a smile. All your employees look like they hate life. They are not welcoming one bit. Don't say hello, don't smile, don't say goodbye. Hand you a receipt and turn the grouchy face away. Bye to you too! No steak at lunch time? Most of the containers look empty. $15 for lunch and Today I found hair in my food. I have dreads so it's not mine. Won't be back. Do better"

"I am so done with this restaurant. I started ordering the burrito bowl from them because I was impressed with how much food you get in the bowl and the freshness of the food. The food is really good. It's the staff that works at this store only. It's not all of them that is doing this, I noticed it's mainly the guys that cut the meat. They will skimp the meat in the bowls so bad to where I'm eating a vegetable bowl instead of a Carne Asada bowl. No other location does this, not even in other states! The last time I said something, they charged me for extra meat and still only gave me the portion that originally comes on it! This bowl ain't cheap so I know in the future I will only be shopping at other stores because this do not make any sense at all. Beware, Tom Hill is a bad store."

"Wanted to get some sun and eat outside, but we said forget it with the amount of trash that was right outside the window. Let me just say this, the outside of the restaurant matters just as much as the inside does. When we pulled up, the whole front of the restaurant had trash all over the place. It was even located under the outside dining tables. Immediately drove away. Please train your employees to clean up outside too. Thank you!"

"Be prepared to wait. When we entered Chipotle there were eight people in front of us. It took 21 minutes before we were up for our order being taken. ---- The food is good, and if you don't mind waiting.... Also, the food is a bit expensive. It was just shy of $24 for two of us, and we each ordered a bowl with no upcharge items. ---- All in all good food. A bit expensive and a bit of a wait. Oh, don't know if this is a permanent thing, but today it was credit card only. Cash was not welcomed."
