"Made an appointment because they location was close to my house and the typically location is 45 minutes away. The location is cute and inviting Took my daughter Friday and while waiting book d myself an appointment for the following week. Friday evening the lashes started felling out. By Saturday morning her entire right eye barely had a lashes. Called the location and left a voicemail then drove over. The young lady who did her lashes was walking in and expressed my concerns. You advised to return at 12:30 for a consultation for next steps. After we returned and she took my daughter back she stated she would do what she could do. She would only be able to work on my daughters lashes for 30 minutes. What ?!? I this point just fix her lashes because she had homecoming events in 2 hours. So she does what she could and we leave. By the time my daughter gets home from homecoming the lashes have started falling out again. Sunday morning the entire right eye that was Fixed was gone again. I didn’t have the energy to deal with it again 2 days in a row. So I waited and called on Monday left a message with the answering service and a review !! If I had taken the time to read the reviews to would have went somewhere else. This location has so many reviews of the same thing happening over over to clients."
