"Very disappointed. Do not go here if you have curly natural hair. Went in with my son to get his hair cut (curly hair) he likes his hair long. They sent me inside and I asked if the person knew how to cut hair with scissors only. They said yes. I showed her. Picture of what I wanted and she proceeded to cut hair. As she was cutting I noticed she was going y o short and I asked her to stop and she keeled cutting hair to fix her mistakes. I had to put my hand infront of her to stop. The other person on there came over to fix his hair. I will NEVER come here again. If they do not know how to cut hair then you you should not be working there. Update: 2 wks later 1/3/24. I noticed my child was scratching head a lot. I checked his head and he had lice. School Has been out for 9 days . So I assume it was from Here. I have gotten rid of lice but now I know I will never return to this place."

"I took my 4 year old son for a haircut and the staff was amazing! They were very patient with him and helped him feel comfortable getting his haircut. I highly recommend L&L for your little one’s haircut!"

"Great hair cuts and good service for kids and adults but I’ve shown up a few times after 9:30am and 10am on weekdays for a cut and the door is locked and no one is there. Their hours say open at 9:30am. A but unreliable with hours."

"I am so disappointed. I would rate the zero stars if this allowed me to do so. Took my son in for a hair cut and showed the lady a picture of how I wanted it cut. She hardly looked at it and just started chopping away at the hair. His hair is shorter than what was asked for and he now was bangs. Didn’t look like a girl with long hair, but he now looks like a little girl. Wish people would listen to their clients instead of passing judgment and telling me boys need to have short hair."

"I’ve been cutting hair for decades. Not professionally, but I’ve been cutting my husbands hair for 12 years and my 5 year old’s since she was born. My son hates getting his hair cut. He’s 2 and he freaks out and fights me every time, and the cut is never “perfect”. He’s getting stronger and his hair is getting thicker so I took him to L&L today. While my son did still freak out, I was shocked at how fast and perfect the haircut was. There’s no way I could’ve done what they did because of how much he fights, but also because I’m not a pro! I held him still in one of the awesome car-chairs they have. The train set was so cool and distracted him some for sure. I am so grateful. I will definitely be taking him there from now on. I would have paid three times more than what it cost. I loved everything about it!"
