"I am a hairstylist and after meeting with several salon suite owners I decided on this one . Things were going well until I began to inquire about repairs or reasonable accommodations such as a break room . I worked for 5 weeks without access to a refrigerator or microwave. The break room I was showed on my tour of the facility seemingly disappeared. I worked under extremely hot conditions, flickering lights and had to service each of my clients by ring light.After this disagreement I was informed of having 72 hours to get my things only to have the owner stop responding and arrive to the location to find the locks changed and all my salon equipment inside . The owner is extremely unprofessional and confrontational. I even observed Aricka have a fellow business owner restrained from the property after she went up to his car insisting that he was stalking her . The turn over rate is extremely high as no one works at this location long . Both I and my clients are inconvenienced."
