"Cool that they have AI taking orders now, got my order on point! Usually get excited about their fries but this location's fries were awful and rubbery, the bottom portion were dark brown in our fry cup and the top were normal color. Maybe just lazy employees not restocking fries. Our sandwiches were pretty good though. Would go back for a second chance, but if fries are bad again, not likely to return."

"I’m not mad just disappointed. The only redeeming thing about this establishment is their fries (cold). I ordered two funnel cake fries and received none and called the store 10 times. This put a nasty stain on my holiday weekend."

"Used walk up window, employees had attitudes, ignored us. 5 orders came through the drive thru after we ordered and they all got their food first. After 18 minutes of standing at pickup window, I knocked to ask if maybe our order was misplaced, a male employee looked at me like I was a nuisance, and said something that appeared to be vulgar and pointed at the order window. Walked back to that window and they then pushed our order out. Both sandwiches were wrong, drinks were watered down with melted ice. Worst experience ever at Checkers. It's not the establishment, it's the EMPLOYEES"

"Uninformed about prices and unwilling to check that goes for employees and management along with being rude. Argumentative with another customer that had a doordash unwilling to give his food without confirmation when he had never had an issue before. Wouldn't let him check the food and began an argument with him. Seems as though they like to treat there guests like thieves. As well as getting loud and causing a scene. And after a long time of trying to get information about my order when it came out it was still wrong. I guess the policy there is being disrespectful and rude to their guests. And I guess management finds it funny absolutely ratchet. And don't try to call about your wrong order if you don't get it fixed while you're there with the rude people you'll never get them on the phone I would give them absolutely zero Stars if possible. And I would also like to be contact as if that will really happen."
