"Your never greeted. You have to wait and wait and wait to get service. I ordered a drink through the kiosk. Seeing as I couldn't get any service at the counter... I had to wait 5 minutes just to get the cup from someone. I kept eating excuse me and was ignored. The food is never fresh unless you offer it "cook to order"."
"Typical McDonalds. They did have the play place open which is great when you have four kids after church. I would have liked the restaurant to be a little cleaner. I did have to wipe off my table from dried ketchup. The ice area was full of ice."

"I SAT IN THE DRIVE-THRU FOR 30MINS WAITING ON MY FOOD. MY TICKET WAS 19$ . I TOLD THE GUY AT DRIVE-THRU THAT MY FRIES WERE COLD AND HE REDROPED MY FRIES IN THE GREASE AND HAD THE AUDACITY TO ASK IF MY FRIES WERE STILL COLD. AND THIS WAS MY BURGER. AND DIDN'T GIVE MY DRINK TO MY MEAL."
