"I was really reluctant to do a review on this visit bc it wasnt one of their best days. They were out of things like napkins, straws and certain drinks. You could tell the inventory wasnt well done or the truck was delayed. The food was hot and tasted good. Customer Service wasnt informative and did not apologize or seem sincere for the lack there of."

"I rarely take the time to leave negative reviews, but the attitude of the workers were terrible. You can hear it through the drive thru intercom. From the initial greeting, I should've found another restaurant. They're customer service skills need adjusting, and they forgot part of my order. I would've been understanding if they were busy, we were the only one's being serviced."

"Only Krystal, with their deliciousness, could survive in this atmosphere. To be fair, they were short staffed. Only two workers were visible. That being said - one of their attitudes was 5/10, the other was 1/10. Professionally they both failed. Here’s some specific examples: 1. Scowling as new people entered 2. Rolling eyes and asking “did you lock the door?” 3. Taking so long to acknowledge me, the only person in line(because others has left the restaurant or been denied by a locked door) - that I eventually pulled up a chair. My 11 year old daughter was with me and she said nicely “Well, I’ve learned never to go to Krystal again.” My order - a 12 pack of Krystals."

"Walked in to order a milkshake and looking around it’s dirty and food is left out in the back. Waited at the counter for a good 10 minutes saying hello. You would think no one was working. Someone finally came from the back just for them to tell me "the machine isn’t working." This is what they say when they don’t want to clean the machine which was told to me by a former employee. Not sure how the workers are always busy with no business."

"My husband went thru the drive thru to get us dinner 12 krystals. He ordered paid $13, asked him to pull forward to wait. He waited 10 minutes finally got the burgers. When he opened the bag at home, picture shows what we got. He was so mad.only had 9 krystals, one empty box and one without top bun with. No phone number to call just a recording. Someone not paying attention or cares if order is right. This store has issues"
