"I have come to this salon several times over the years. I have yet to get a manicure or pedicure her andI because I’ve always been made to wait a minimum of 30 minutes before I am finally tired of waiting and decide to leave. I usually give it about 45 minutes because I understand that they have other clients. I keep thinking it’s going to get better, so I keep giving them chance after chance. Today was the last time I will step through their door to give them yet another chance. My friend and I arrived at the salon 7 minutes after Google says they opened. We were seated together and started on my friend right away. They were more than halfway finished with my friend’s pedicure before anyone came over to start mine. I told them I wouldn’t be spending my money at their establishment and they tried to tell me I hadn’t been there as long as I said. Whatever, Karen - my Google Maps tells me what time I arrived. If they would have set my expectations when I walked in the door, it would have been a completely different scenario. But to just make me wait without telling me there is going to be a wait is where my issue is. Give me the chance to say, “yes I have time to wait,” or “thank you for letting me know, I have another appointment and don’t have time to wait right now.”"

"They are all friendly and do great work! I have been going here for months now. I went in from a place I had been going to for over a year and unbeknownst to me my nails were very messed up. The man told me he could fix my nails, took the old acrylic off without breaking my real nails and gave me the best nails ever all while saving my real nails! I have been going since! My last visit Jessica did my nails and she is awesome, so sweet, friendly, and will hold a full conversation with you making you feel comfortable...thank you jessica and all that have done my nails in the past!"
