"I will not be going back until Katie comes back. The service was ridiculous! This lady charged me $50 for what Katie charge me $40. Ask them what do they charge before they start on your nails. They charge you what they want too. If I could give zero stars I would! Bad customer service today 12/22 at 1:30pm"

"I came in there for a fill in and left so unsatisfied & disappointed. Normally, they do great nails and the prices match. I asked her to just shape them as sharp squares and the color pink, I left with blob nails. I asked her to fixed the shape again after asking her throughout the whole process, she then told me I needed to pay for $5 more??? I expressed to her I didn’t like the nails and I didn’t agree with the fill in price being $55 for all these hidden fees… she treated me very rudely throughout the service all because I just wanted my shape fixed. I wasn’t expecting this today, won’t be going back. Customer service here was a 0/10."

"Its my second time coming, first time it was great. This time it was awful. They close at 8 and i arrived at 5. So its not like i arrived last minute. I waited, and when it was my turn, the man that did my nails was watching videos on his phone, so he was distracted. Having pauses. At first i didnt mind. As long as he did a good job, but he really wasnt looking at my nails as he watched, he skipped a few steps of the whole process. whole time he was huffing and puffing annoyed when he put on the powder. If you come here do not go to the older man."

"This is my nail spot if you want good nails and an excellent pedicure. Not a fan of the younger ones doing my nails they tend to be less attentive to small details that may drive you crazy in the end but the older ones are on point !"
