"Placed order and paid online for pickup. Said food would be ready at 12:15. I called to let them know I was there and nobody answered, called back upfront and she said Ill tell them. Nobody came so I went in at 12:25 and they said it wasn't ready. Waited a few more minutes and they brought it out. Not efficient at all. Never Again! doesn't work like they say."
